Case Study – Medical
The client is a 1000-bed hospital in Singapore. This project is a joint effort with Chart for Healthcare Assistive & Robotic Technology (CHART), a platform supported by Ministry of Healthcare and Economic Development Board of Singapore.
The client has deployed different types of robots, each with its own contact charging solution. This resulted in unoptimised number of chargers, inefficient use of real estate and additional robots needed to achieve its expected uptime.
Xnergy provides for a low cost Universal Contactless Charging solution that can be shared by all robot types, thereby freeing up floor areas used for chargers, increasing robotic uptime via opportunity charging, optimising the number of robots deployed as well as eliminating maintenance issues relating to the prior contact charging systems.
