The client has plans to enhance its deployed mobile robots with robotic arms to augment its manufacturing capability to its clean rooms. With its prior floor-mounted contact charging docks designed for the mobile robots, it was unable to support its expected uptime as a result of the significant power drain by the robotic enhancement.

Xnergy offered its Contactless charger with small form factor to allow for easy integrations onto installed line equipment to realise opportunity charging of its robotic armed mobile robots while they do momentary stops to work.
